Reservation Policy

  • Check-In time is 12:00PM and Check-Out Time is 10:00AM.
  • If our Check-In/Out timing does not suit your holiday program, kindly inform us about the same. Necessary room allotments can be arranged on prior information, subject to availability, and may be chargeable by us directly.
  • Cancellation or Alteration in bookings is entertained. But prior information is required at least a week before your Check-In date. Kindly also refer our Reservation/Cancellation or Amendment Policy.
  • Please carry a valid government issued photo identity and address proof with you for Check-In Procedure. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid Identity Card.
  • The Credit/Debit Card Holder should be one the travelers, if you have booked with us using any one of the later.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.
  • Breakfast timings are 7:30 – 10:30AM henceforth all requests will be chargeable.

Payments Terms

  • 50% Advance during Booking
  • 50% -15 days before Check-in
  • If Check-in Date < 15 Days -100% Payment Required

Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellation request can only be taken through specified guest email, text message or whatsapp message.
  • Cancellations made 21 or more days before check in date will be free.
  • Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance but less than 21 days will incur a cancellation charge of 1 nights tariff. Cancellation charges will be 50% if it is a Packaged Tour.
  • No shows and cancellations made 0 to 7 days in advance will incur 100% charge of the booking.
  • In case of a full refund on cancellation, there will be a deduction of approximately 5% as processing charges. Cancellation charges will be 100% if it is a Packaged Tour.
  • Note : Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible efforts to waive/ minimize the cancellation charges.

Amendment Policy

  • Amendments will be treated as cancellation.
  • Any refund will take at least 15 days to process.

Covid Policy

Any one of the following must be carried by the Guest during Check-in of any Property:
  • Double Vaccination Test Report
  • 48-72 Hours RTPCR Test Report

Covid Cancellation Policy

  • If any lockdown for Covid, the entire amount is secured and there can be a Postponement of dates of the same Accommodation within 6 months leaving blackout dates like Christmas, New Year & Long Weekends.
  • If there is any Full/ Partial Cancellation of Tour due to Covid or Covid related protocols from the Client Side, there is no refund if less than 15 days, till there is no notice to close down our Accommodation from Specified Govt. Officials in our Zone.
